Syracuse Replaces OpenCounter with Camino’s Zoning Discovery Tool in Less than 2 Months

The City of Syracuse, NY has officially launched Camino’s Zoning Discovery Tool!
Camino already manages the City’s online permit process. Over the last few years, OpenCounter separately managed zoning discovery for Syracuse. In an effort to consolidate systems, Camino worked with Syracuse staff to develop and launch a zoning discovery functionality in Camino in just under two months.
The Zoning Discovery Tool is used to determine zoning rules and regulations associated with a project and or required approvals. Camino gives Syracuse the ability to self-manage the tool, allowing staff to add to their build (at no additional cost).
Hundreds of applicants have already used the tool!
