Pompano Beach, FL Launches Easier Online Zoning Process with Camino!

Last month, Pompano Beach became the latest agency in Florida to launch online development processes with Camino. As part of a multi-phase rollout, Pompano Beach started with a critical area – helping business owners understand complex zoning rules and apply for use certificates. With Camino, any user can quickly look up a property within the city and learn:
- The parcel zoning
- Allowed uses for business and residential development
- Relevant zoning areas such as transit, historical district and hazards
Instead of needing to make a call or spend hours on research, applicants can quickly find what they need to move forward with their project. Even better, the same users can now submit and manage the application process online for Zoning Use Certificates, all through the same system!
